Meet Chris Tomolonis

Founder & Financial Advisor

Based in Jersey City, New Jersey, Chris works with established business owners and high-powered executives nationwide who want thoughtful and straightforward financial guidance.

He began his career on Wall Street as a stockbroker, where he spent more than a decade helping clients navigate the financial markets. During that time, he became one of the firm's top producers and had the privilege of delivering daily motivational and insightful meetings to advisors across the company—an experience that taught him leadership, discipline, and the importance of communication and accountability.

Building Tomolonis Financial LLC

In 2014, Chris founded Tomolonis Financial LLC to offer personal, ongoing advice that connects investment decisions with the rest of a client’s financial life.

His practice serves two groups: established business owners who want to protect their wealth, keep growing it, and simplify their finances; and high-earning corporate executives who want to turn career success into lasting financial independence.

For business owners, Chris connects the wealth they’ve built to their personal goals and retirement plans. For executives, he helps develop a financial plan and investment strategy with an eye toward eventually stepping away from corporate life.

Clients work directly with Chris. He helps them understand where they stand, identify what needs attention, and make informed decisions as their lives change. When those decisions involve taxes, estate planning, or insurance, he coordinates with their existing professionals and draws on a network of specialists when needed.

His goal is straightforward: give clients a clear plan, a manageable financial life, and a trusted relationship they can rely on over time.

Outside the office, Chris is a husband and proud father of two.

Family is at the center of his life and one reason he is so passionate about helping others plan for their future. Born in the Bronx and now based in Jersey City, he’s a lifelong fan of the Yankees, Giants, and Knicks. Before starting his career in financial services, Chris worked in the culinary arts, where he developed an appreciation for creativity, attention to detail, and hard work. When Chris isn’t meeting with clients, you'll usually find him spending time with his family, enjoying a day at the beach, or cheering on his son on the baseball field.
